Cookie policy
Last updated:
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. The same rules apply to similar technologies, such as storing data in the browser memory. We use necessary cookies without consent and all others only once you accept them (Article 43(4) of the Croatian Electronic Communications Act).
Until you make a choice we load no analytics or marketing tools. If you reject them, we do not load them at all.
Necessary cookies
We do not ask for consent to these, because the site and its forms cannot work without them.
- Your cookie choice: a cookie of this site remembers which categories you accepted, when, and with which version of the text. It lasts 12 months.
- Form draft: while you fill in the quote form, the browser keeps what you have entered in the tab memory (sessionStorage), so it is not lost between steps or if the page reloads. The other forms keep what you entered only for a reload we ask for when the consent text changes. Consent ticks and attached files are not kept. The draft is deleted when you send the form or close the tab.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: on pages with forms it checks that a person filled in the form. It loads from challenges.cloudflare.com and sets no cookies, but reads technical data about the browser and device for the check.
- Site protection: Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set technical cookies to protect it from bots and attacks: __cf_bm (30 minutes) and, after a security check, cf_clearance (30 minutes).
Analytics cookies (with consent)
We start Google Tag Manager, which loads the tools in this and the next section, only once you accept analytics or marketing cookies. Google Analytics loads only with consent to analytics; it counts visits and shows which pages are read. It keeps data on individual visits for up to 14 months.
- _ga (Google Analytics): tells visitors apart; lasts 2 years.
- _ga_* (Google Analytics): keeps the state of a visit; lasts 2 years.
- Sent enquiry: if you have accepted analytics or marketing cookies, after you send a form the browser keeps in the tab memory (sessionStorage) the type of enquiry, the service or the chosen samples, the language and a random event ID, so that the thank-you page can pass them to Google Tag Manager (the same ID keeps Meta from counting one enquiry twice). The thank-you page deletes them at once; if you do not reach it, the browser deletes them when you close the tab.
Marketing cookies (with consent)
- _gcl_au and _gcl_aw (Google Ads): link a visit and an enquiry to an ad on Google; last 90 days.
- _fbp and _fbc (Meta Pixel): link a visit and an enquiry to an ad on Facebook or Instagram; last 90 days. Meta may also set cookies on its own domain, facebook.com.
- Campaign tags: we keep the tags in the page address (UTM and fbclid) in the tab memory (sessionStorage) until the end of the visit, so an enquiry sent from another page can be linked to the campaign.
The same consent allows us to report a sent enquiry to Meta (Conversions API), as described in the privacy policy.
How to change your choice
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, as easily as you gave it. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Google and Meta also process cookie data under their own policies (Google, Meta). How we process personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
